For the Good of my Body

So this week was really stressful, and I decided Caffeine in any form was my answer. I drank quite a lot in a short period.. and I know my body is paying the consequences. So I just decided last night.. that the month of April would be caffeine-free month. No more chai's or mexican mocha's or white chocolate mocha's, definitely no soda. Also, I am trying to eat more fruit and veggies.. maybe even exercise again.. *gasp*

We'll see how this goes...

I on the other hand have discovered a new love for the legal drug. After giving up POP (soda, as you southerners call it) I didn't think there was another way to get it. Thanks to you (and many others who peer pressured me) I now love chi and cappucinos and anything w/ a ton of sugar and caffeine.

this means more "ball parade" sessions. Seriously, we need to get on this. lol.
